JOB OVERVIEW

Creative Strategist

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to own scripts, shoots, and creative strategy across our roster of home improvement clients.
This is not a beginner's role.
You will be responsible for the script every client films, the shoot calendar across the entire roster, and the frameworks the wider creative team relies on.

What You'll Be Doing

Writing scripts for every client content shoot, including multiple formats per shoot
Briefing clients on tone, camera tips, and pacing before they film
Submitting every script to Tom for sign-off
Owning the shoot tracker — no client goes more than 120 days without a new shoot
Reviewing Meta ad performance with Media Buyers and Editors to spot what's converting
Maintaining a swipe file and proposing newscript frameworks each quarter

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role
Experience writing ads for performance-based agencies
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and team collaboration
Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
Bonus: previous agency experience

Working Hours

Compensation

£24,500 base salary
£500 monthly bonus (paid when A rating achieved in monthly 1:1 review)
Bonuses are tied directly to performance.
If you are not hitting the required standard, this role is not for you.

Important

This is a full-time role.
You must not be working with any other clients or agencies.
We are looking for someone fully committed and focused.

Who This Is For

Someone who measures their work by client results
Someone who writes fast and writes well
Someone who chases shoots until they're booked
Someone always studying what's working in ads

Who This Is NOT For

Anyone who thinks "creative" means they don't need to hit numbers
Anyone who treats deadlines as suggestions
Anyone who can't take edits without getting precious
Beginners with no performance creative experience
