JOB OVERVIEW

COAD is a performance creative agency working with some of the largest health and beauty brands in Europe. We build creative systems that drive real results - not just content that looks good.

We're looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes direct response. You understand why an ad works, not just what it looks like. You can turn a product insight into a hook, a hook into a script, and a script into a winning ad.
What you'll do:

Research markets, competitors, and audiences to build angle libraries
Write scripts and briefs for video ads across Meta and TikTok
Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data
Work directly with editors and media buyers to close the feedback loop

What we're looking for:

Strong understanding of direct response creative
Experience in health, beauty, or skincare - ideally DTC
You think in angles, not aesthetics
Fast, structured, and sharp in your thinking
