What You’ll Do
Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their brand, target audience, and objectives.
Research market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors to inform creative strategy.
Develop compelling ad concepts and scripts that align with performance-focused goals.
Work with a talented team of creators, editors, and videographers to bring your ideas to life.
Analyse campaign performance and optimise creative strategies for better results.
Stay ahead of UGC trends, testing new formats and styles to maximise engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in creative strategy, advertising, or performance marketing.
Creativity: Proven ability to craft attention-grabbing ad concepts with strong storytelling.
Data-Driven Mindset: Familiarity with key metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR to guide decisions.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for client interactions and briefing teams.
Adaptability: Passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving world of digital advertising.
