What You’ll Do
Creative Operations & Content
- Support content workflows, scheduling, and publishing
- Assist in organizing assets, content calendars, and production pipelines
- Help repurpose and manage content across platforms
Research & Strategy (High Priority)
- Conduct daily trend, competitor, and market research
- Identify high-performing content ideas and creative opportunities
- Support client research and outbound prospecting
Outreach & Growth
- Assist with influencer and brand collaboration outreach
- Support partnerships and relationship building

What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media, content, and digital culture
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Fast, proactive, and able to execute without constant direction
- Clear communicator with strong written English
- Able to think beyond execution.. brings ideas, NOT just tasks
Bonus (Standout Candidates Will Have)
- Experience in content creation, marketing, or brand management
- Background working with a creative agency or personal brand
- Familiarity with batch content systems and production workflows
- Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, or e-commerce brands
- Active personal presence (Instagram, TikTok, Behance, etc.)

- Consistently delivering high-quality, organized work
- Proactively identifying trends and pitching ideas
- Supporting smoother, faster content and client workflows
- Contributing to growth through research and execution
