JOB OVERVIEW

**Important:**

I need a creative person who can turn my livestreams into **shorts and reels** for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

I do not care about degrees or formal experience.
I only care about creativity and natural talent.

Even if you have little or no professional experience, you can still apply if you have good ideas and a strong eye for what makes a video interesting.

**What you will do:**
- Watch my recorded streams
- Find the best and most interesting moments
- Turn them into short vertical **shorts and reels** (15 to 60 seconds)
- Make them fun, fast-paced, and hard to scroll past
- Add captions and make them ready to post

**How to apply:**
Send only these 3 things:

1. 3 to 5 short videos you have already edited (they can be personal projects, practice videos, or anything that shows your creativity)
2. How much you want to get paid
3. Answer this in 1 or 2 sentences:
“What makes a short video stop people from scrolling?”

That’s all.
No long messages. No résumé.

**What happens next:**
If I like the videos you send, then I would like to do a video call with you to meet you and get to know you a little.
After I will send you a short clip from one of my streams.
You will edit 3 to 5 short videos from it.
I will pay you for the time you spend on this test, whether I hire you or not, because that is fair.

**Pay:**
The full-time rate for this role is $800 per month.

The first month will be a trial period at $600 per month ($150 per week) so we can both see if it’s a good fit.
If everything goes well after the first month, pay will increase to $800 per month.

Only people who follow the instructions above will be considered.
