JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative short-form video editor who lives and breathes modern content.

This role is for a fast-growing personal brand. We are not creating traditional ads. We are creating viral, hook-driven short-form content designed to stop the scroll and build attention at scale.

You need to understand what makes people watch.

We want someone on the cutting edge of short-form trends. Someone who studies what works. Someone who cares deeply about hooks, retention, pacing, subtitles, pattern interrupts, and storytelling.

If you have experience creating high-performing ads or working with big brands on UGC content, that is a huge plus. But this role is about virality and attention, not corporate-style editing.

You should understand how to craft powerful hooks in the first one to three seconds. You should know how to structure short-form content for maximum retention. You should be confident with captions, sound design, pacing, and dynamic edits. You should stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends. Most importantly, you should want to constantly improve and test new ideas.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow long term and be part of building something big. There will be consistent work for the right person.
