We’re looking for a Creative Research & Script Specialist who can turn real customer insights into powerful ad ideas and scripts for Meta
Our eCommerce brand helps adults 50+ who struggle with morning stiffness, arthritis, and joint discomfort — and your job will be to deeply understand their daily struggles, emotions, and desires, and turn that into video concepts that connect and convert.
You’ll work directly with our founder and creative strategist to research audiences, develop awareness-based concepts (Unaware ? Problem Aware ? Solution Aware), and write ad scripts that perform.
What You’ll Do:
???? 1. Research (Reddit, Amazon, Forums)
Analyze real conversations on Reddit, Amazon reviews, YouTube comments, and health forums.
Collect verbatim quotes about pain, frustration, and desires.
Identify emotional triggers, myths, and failed solutions people mention.
Organize findings in a clear Excel or Notion format.
???? 2. Awareness Strategy
Map insights across awareness levels (Unaware ? Problem ? Solution ? Product).
Identify what each audience needs to learn or realize before they’re ready to buy.
Write 3–5 key “emotional bridges” that move someone from frustration ? hope.
???? 3. Concept Development
Create 5–10 ad hook ideas and 3–5 video concepts per month.
Build story-driven, curiosity, and authority-style ad ideas that feel natural and human.
Suggest visual ideas and tone for each concept.
?? 4. Script Writing
Write final video voiceover scripts (45–60 sec each).
Include shot instructions and emotional cues (e.g., “close-up of knees in the morning light”).
Write like a storyteller — not a marketer — with empathy and clarity.
Who We’re Looking For:
? Excellent written English — clear, emotional, and human
? Experience in ad creative strategy, research, or copywriting
? Passion for understanding audiences and psychology
? Comfortable researching in forums, Reddit, and Amazon reviews
? Familiar with Meta ads / awareness marketing (huge plus)
? Bonus: Experience with AI creative tools or script-to-video workflows
