Creative Project Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote
Type: Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
Schedule: Flexible, with availability for Zoo ---------- etings during U.S. business hours
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organized Creative Project Manager to oversee video production workflows, manage a remote editing team, and keep projects moving smoothly from intake to delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both creative production and operational systems, communicates clearly, and can confidently manage deadlines across a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Workflow Management

Own video projects from kickoff through final delivery

Assign tasks, manage timelines, and track progress

Maintain clear workflows and task boards using Notion

Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

Team Management & Recruiting

Coordinate and manage a remote team of video editors

Recruit, vet, onboard, and train editors as needed

Provide clear direction, feedback, and accountability

Help build scalable, repeatable post-production systems

Creative Oversight

Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro

Review edits for structure, pacing, and basic quality control

Ensure proper file naming, version control, and delivery standards

Support post-production organization and handoff

Administrative & Communication Support

Manage project-related email communication

Create, send, and track invoices

Schedule meetings and handle Zoom coordination

Assist with client communication and internal documentation

Required Qualifications

Strong written and spoken English

Experience managing creative or media projects remotely

Comfortable leading and communicating with a distributed team

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro

Experience using Notion.ai for task or project management

Comfortable with Zoo ---------- etings

Comfortable communicating via WhatsApp

Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed
