JOB OVERVIEW

*Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Creative Production & Design Virtual Assistant to support ongoing branding, website, and marketing projects across multiple brands and clients.

This role focuses on graphic design production, website template support, branded document creation, and creative project organization. You will help maintain brand consistency, improve project turnaround speed, and support the overall workflow of the Marketing & Communications team.

You will be responsible for both creative execution and operational support while delivering polished, organized, ready-to-use assets.

*Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design Production
- Create and edit graphics in Canva using existing brand standards
- Resize and repurpose graphics for multiple platforms and formats
- Build branded PDFs, guides, presentations, worksheets, and marketing materials
- Customize templates with client logos, colors, fonts, and messaging
- Export and organize final deliverables properly

*Website & Template Support
- Build and update website pages within Go High Level
- Input and format website copy inside existing templates
- Upload images, videos, forms, calendars, and embedded assets
- Ensure clean formatting and mobile responsiveness
- Maintain visual consistency across websites and funnels

Asset & Project Management
- Audit client onboarding folders before projects begin
- Ensure all required assets are collected and organized:
logos
brand colors
fonts
headshots
copy
worksheets
booking links
videos
Organize files and maintain clean folder structures in Google Drive
Help track project progress and deadlines

Post-Production & Quality Control
- Review completed projects for:
spacing and formatting consistency
spelling and grammar
brand consistency
mobile formatting
overall polish and presentation
- Refine website copy for readability and flow when needed
- Prepare final deliverables for client handoff

Administrative & Workflow Support
- Help manage design-related inbox communication
- Assist with scheduling and internal follow-up
- Support task management and workflow organization
- Communicate proactively about project updates or blockers

Requirements
- Technical Skills
- Strong Canva experience
- Strong eye for layout, spacing, and visual consistency
- Strong written communication and grammar skills
- Ability to follow brand standards closely
- Comfortable working inside templates and systems
- Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills
- Go High Level experience
- Basic website editing experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience supporting marketing, branding, or communications teams
- Basic copy editing experience

Equipment Requirements
- Reliable computer capable of handling graphic and web-based design work efficiently
- High-speed internet
- Ability to manage and organize large amounts of digital assets and files

- This is primarily an execution and production-focused role, not a high-level strategy position
