Creative Producer and Social Media Manager
Travel Queen Teree

Travel Queen Teree is seeking a Creative Producer and Social Media Manager to execute and manage daily social media content production and posting across all platforms.

This is a hands on execution role focused on short form video editing, carousel creation, scheduling, repurposing, and daily engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

Produce 5 to 7 short form videos per week from provided footage

Repurpose each video for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Skool with platform specific formatting

Design 2 to 3 high quality carousel posts per week aligned with weekly themes

Draft captions from provided prompts and weekly content direction

Schedule and publish approved content across all platforms

Upload and organize lesson style posts inside Skool

Maintain Google Drive content folders, raw footage organization, and version control

Manage daily social media engagement including comments and DMs

Manually respond to non trigger comments and flag high intent leads

Maintain and update the weekly content calendar

Deliver finished content assets for approval before posting

Requirements:

Strong short form video editing skills with attention to pacing and viewer retention

Experience designing clean, elevated carousel graphics

Ability to repurpose one content idea into multiple platform specific versions

Strong written English with ability to match brand tone

Highly organized and deadline driven

Comfortable working independently within structured direction

Able to maintain consistency with daily posting

This role requires approximately 10 hours per week with a consistent weekly workflow.

A paid trial will be required before long term onboarding.
