We are a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing and consulting company that supports multiple brands across healthcare, compliance and third-party testing, medical record services, software, and local service industries.
In addition to managing client brands, we are building our own consulting brand, Stacks Sales & Consulting, and need consistent, high-quality content to support growth and sales.
We are looking for a skilled Creative Producer who can create professional ad creatives, short-form videos, and branded marketing content across multiple companies.
This is not a basic social media posting job.
We need someone who understands how to create content that performs — strong hooks, clean design, clear call-to-action, and organized delivery.
If you enjoy creating ads, editing short-form video, and using AI tools to increase output and quality, this is a long-term opportunity.
Role Overview
Will Start Part-time: 20–30 hours per week
Long-term opportunity with performance increases
You will be responsible for producing marketing creatives for multiple brands, including Stacks Sales & Consulting.
Core Responsibilities
• Create static ad creatives (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Edit short-form vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Turn raw photos and videos into polished marketing content
• Create AI-assisted video content when needed
• Maintain brand consistency across different companies
• Organize files properly in Google Drive
• Deliver work consistently and on time
You must be comfortable switching between brands while staying organized and detail-oriented.
Weekly Production Expectations
You should be comfortable producing:
• 8–15 static creatives per week
• 4–8 short-form videos per week
• Story variations and resized formats
• Editable Canva templates for ongoing use
Both quality and efficiency matter.
Required Skills
• Strong Canva experience (non-negotiable)
• CapCut, Premiere, or similar video editing software
• Experience creating ad creatives (not just aesthetic posts)
• Understanding of hooks, headlines, and call-to-action
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, AI voice tools, AI video tools, etc.)
• Organized file management and structured delivery
Bonus Skills (Additional Compensation Potential)
Candidates with the following skills may qualify for expanded responsibilities and increased pay:
• WordPress experience
• Elementor page building
• Landing page edits or light website builds
• Basic branding systems or style guide development
• Google Ads experience
• SEO knowledge (on-page optimization, keyword research, content optimization)
These skills are not required, BUT HIGHLY VALUABLE
Compensation
$6–$8 per hour depending on experience and skill level
Performance increases available after 30 days
Additional compensation available for WordPress, SEO, or Google Ads capabilities.
