JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a top-tier Creative Operations VA to manage daily content planning and client communication across dozens of campaigns.

This is not a basic assistant role. This position directly drives client results and campaign success. You will be the central hub between clients, creators, editors, and schedulers.

If you are highly organized, fast-thinking, culturally fluent in the U.S. market, and deeply experienced in UGC and viral short-form content, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will manage communication and execution for 50+ client campaigns across multiple platforms.

Daily responsibilities include:

Monitoring and responding across Slack, WhatsApp, ---------- , and project tools

Understanding each client’s goals, brand voice, and campaign requirements

Writing daily content plans for creators

Creating scripts, hooks, captions, and shot lists

Assigning tasks clearly in a to-do format

Researching competitor content and campaign examples for inspiration

Reviewing what other creators on the campaign are producing

Organizing raw files for editors and schedulers

Ensuring content flows smoothly from concept ? creation ? posting

Tracking deliverables and deadlines across many moving parts

Some clients provide detailed instructions. Others do not. You must be able to extract clarity from chaos and move projects forward without hand-holding.

Content Expertise Required

You must deeply understand short-form content formats, including:

Talking-head videos

Long text hooks

Skits and story-based content

Reaction videos

High-volume organic UGC

TikTok / Reels / Shorts best practices

Viral content structures and retention tactics

You should know how to craft content that feels native, authentic, and engaging for U.S. audiences.

Bonus if you have worked in agencies, creator management, or high-volume content teams.
