Are you an agile, media-savvy coordinator who thrives in high-volume video production? Kipkeh Media is a rapidly expanding US media network seeking a high-agency Creative Operations Manager to act as the central engine connecting our field creators, intake team, and post-production video editors.

Vision & Role Overview
We don't need rigid operators who rely on static scripts; we need a proactive problem-solver who can manage evolving production schedules, review raw media assets, and keep content moving smoothly from raw capture to final publish across daily vlogs, commercial features, and local business spots.

Core Responsibilities

Agile Pipeline & Delivery Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Kipkeh Media content, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, rapid turnarounds, and sudden updates without dropping the ball.
Pre-Edit Media Audit & QA: Review and audit incoming raw footage before handing off to video editors. Categorize assets, check audio/video quality, identify key promotional moments, and write precise creative briefs for editors on what to cut, keep, or emphasize.
Cross-Functional Team Alignment: Lead daily syncs across field creators (vloggers/hosts), remote intake specialists, and post-production editors to keep all parties aligned on publishing deadlines.
Workflow & SOP Optimization: Build, maintain, and refine tracking dashboards (Google Workspace, Slack, PM tools) to streamline media operations as our network scales.

Requirements & Qualifications

2+ Years Media/Agency Experience: Proven background as an Prject manager, Operations Coordinator, Production Lead, or Digital Media Project Manager in agency, marketing, or video environments.
Content Intuition & Sharp Eye: Excellent creative judgment for reviewing raw video, spotting engaging promotional hooks, and catching missing details prior to post-production.
Core Adaptability: Calm under pressure with a growth mindset that easily adjusts to fluid production schedules.
Cross-Cultural Communication: Advanced written and spoken English, paired with comfort managing raw video footage featuring niche or non-English community dialects.
Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience using Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs), Slack, and modern project management software.

Compensation & Growth

Hourly Rate: $5.00 – $6.50 USD / hour (scaled strictly to elite media coordination and process management capabilities).
Schedule: 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling structured around core US sync windows and editorial milestones.
Reliable Payments: Weekly delivery via Wise.
