This is a part-time role designed to grow
We are looking for someone to take ownership of our content, video and social presence, and to support the marketing systems sitting behind it.
It starts at two days a week. For the right person the opportunity is considerably bigger than that — our intention is to grow the role alongside the person: more days, more scope, and in time the paid advertising we currently send outside. That progression is d
What the role actually is
The larger part is content — video editing, graphic design and social media management. Turning raw footage shot on a phone on a building site, with no script and no shot list, into short-form video people stop scrolling for. Building the graphics and client-facing material around it, and running the calendar across Instagram,
The rest is the machinery behind it — our CRM, our website, our search presence, and the numbers that tell us whether any of it is working. We want both halves in one person. It is a genuinely hard combination to find, which is why we are being specific rather than hoping.
The content side
- Turning raw site footage into finished Reels — walkthroughs, before-and-afters, progress, behind the scenes, the trades at work
- Cutting talking-head video with our director into something watchable
- Editing and colour-correcting project photography
- Carousels, branded graphics, marketing one-pagers, and the client-facing PDFs and information packs we send through pre-construction
- Repurposing long-form material — blogs, videos, site notes — into social-ready pieces
- Running and improving our content calendar across Instagram,
- Working with our site team to pull out the moments worth filming, and telling them what you need from them
- Watching what performs and telling us what you would change
- Bringing us ideas we did not ask for
The systems side
- Working in our CRM — pipelines, opportunities, forms, custom fields
- Supporting workflows and automations,
- Making sure enquiries are captured properly and followed through
- Blog uploads and page updates on our website, with half an eye on how they are structured for search
- Tracking what actually produces enquiries, not just impressions
We use GoHighLevel. Hands-on GHL experience is a real advantage and we want to hear about it in detail. Comparable CRM experience — HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap, Zoho — plus a genuine ability to learn systems works too. Over time we want to bring more of our paid advertising in-house, so if you understand how ads, search and analytics fit together, that is where this role has the most room to grow
How we think about AI
We use AI here every day and we expect you to. Being good with it is a skill we value.
What we are hiring is your judgement — the pacing of a cut, the hook in the first two seconds, the reason one shot follows another, the voice in a caption. Our homes are custom and our content should feel the same way: recognisably ours.
If you can point at a real piece of your own work and tell us exactly where the model helped and where you took over, you are the sort of person we want to talk to.
Who this suits
You will not be expected to work it all out alone. You will have plenty of support while you learn our business, our brand and the way we work, and we expect questions during onboarding — we collaborate closely as a team.
As you settle in we will expect you to take increasing ownership of your work. The people who do well with us bring solutions rather than questions, flag issues early rather than on the deadline, take feedback well and go around again to hit the standard, and genuinely care about what they put their name to. Every so often they send us something nobody asked for that turns out to be exactly what we needed.
If you want to be told exactly what to do each morning, this will frustrate you. If you have been looking for somewhere that gives you real ownership and rewards it, this is that.
What you need
- Around three years of hands-on content creation experience — where video, design and social content have been a meaningful part of your actual role. If you have less but a portfolio that speaks for itself, apply anyway
- Strong short-form vertical video editing — building an edit from raw, unsorted footage rather than working from a template
- Confidence in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve — whichever is genuinely yours, and tell us which
- Strong Canva skills and the discipline to hold an existing brand kit
- Real hands-on confidence inside a CRM, ideally GoHighLevel
- Fluency with AI tools, and the judgement to keep the creative decisions your own
- Excellent written and spoken English
- The ability to work two days a week without being chased, and to say early when
something will not be ready

How to apply
One honest note first. We know some people will paste this ad into an AI tool and send back whatever comes out. We are not against you using AI to help you write — we use it every day ourselves. But we can tell the difference between an application written with help and one where nobody was really there, and we only want to hear from people who actually want this particular job at this particular company.
Two of the things below cannot be produced by a tool. They are the two we read first.
1. Your resume
2. A link to your portfolio. We want to see short-form video you have edited yourself, not only static work
3. One or two sentences on our Instagram —
4. A few lines in your own words on why this role suits you. This one is for someone who wants to grow inside a tight-knit team and wants their work rewarded
Put the word PROCESS at the top so we know you read to the bottom.
