JOB OVERVIEW

???? Creative Manager (Full-Time | Remote)

Lovy is looking for a highly organized Creative Manager to keep our creative team running efficiently.

This isn't a design role.

You'll be responsible for managing creative workflows, coordinating projects, organizing assets, and making sure every deliverable moves smoothly from brief to final approval.

If you enjoy bringing structure to creative chaos, keeping multiple projects on track, and helping talented creatives do their best work, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
Coordinate day-to-day creative workflows from briefing to final delivery.
Manage project timelines, priorities, and deadlines across multiple initiatives.
Organize briefs, creative assets, revisions, approvals, and documentation.
Ensure project requirements are clear before work begins.
Work closely with designers, video editors, copywriters, and internal stakeholders.
Identify blockers and proactively keep projects moving.
Provide regular updates on project status and delivery timelines.
Improve creative operations by refining processes and workflows.
Ensure final deliverables are complete, accurate, and delivered in the correct format.

Has experience managing creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
Is highly organized and obsessed with details.
Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Communicates clearly with both creative and non-creative tea ---------- mbers.
Knows how to prioritize requests and escalate issues when necessary.
Enjoys improving systems and making workflows more efficient.
Is available to work full-time.

Bonus Points
Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands.
Experience coordinating Meta Ads creative production.
Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar project management tools.
Experience managing remote creative teams.
