- Script engaging UGC ads and short-form videos that are built for Meta and TikTok performance.
**Your Influencer Strategist job responsibilities include:**
- Find and reach out to influencers, creators, and community voices who match our brand values and target audience.
- Build and maintain a trusted roster of creators across different niches and audience types.
- Negotiate fair rates, usage rights, and deadlines so we get high-quality UGC at the best value.
- Keep strong relationships with top-performing creators so they want to work with us again — and deliver faster.
- Work closely with creators to shape UGC concepts that fit our paid advertising campaigns, brand voice, and ad guidelines.
- Give creators clear briefs, scripts, and examples so they can produce content that’s built to convert.
