We run a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the personalized party & gift space.
We are looking for someone who can help us create high-converting ad creatives (images + short videos) and drive traffic through
This is not a basic social media role. We are looking for someone who understands:
- What makes people stop scrolling
- What makes people click
- What makes people buy
- What you will be responsible for
Your main focus will be:
1. Creating ad creatives (MOST IMPORTANT)
- Static image ads (clean, product-focused)
- Short-form video ads (UGC style, hooks, storytelling)
- Turning product ideas into compelling ads
2. Testing and improving creatives
- Creating multiple variations of ads
- Testing hooks, angles, formats
- Identifying what works and doing more of it
3. Running
- Launching campaigns in
- Monitoring performance
- Scaling winning ads
Requirements
- Have experience creating ads for e-commerce or similar businesses
- Be able to show actual ads you’ve made
- Understand why an ad works (not just how to design it)
- Be comfortable using AI tools to create content faster
Examples of the type of content you’ll create
- “POV” style videos (e.g. birthday
- Before/after party setups
- Simple product demos
- Scroll-stopping image ads
Tools you may use (Not required, but helpful)
- CapCut / Premiere Pro
- Canva / Photoshop
- AI tools (for content, editing, ideation)
What success looks like
- You are producing new creatives every week
- You are testing different ideas consistently
- You can identify winning ads and scale them
Compensation
Base salary ?35,000 – ?50,000 (based on experience)
Performance Bonus ?5,000 – ?15,000+ based on results (ad performance, conversions, revenue growth)
