JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Visual Identity

Develop and maintain JIN Kimchi brand guidelines
Ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Create visual systems for new campaigns and launches

Graphic Design (Digital)

Design social media content (Instagram, TikTok, ads)
Create email marketing visuals (EDMs, banners, promos)
Support website and e-commerce visuals
Produce campaign creatives for paid ads

Packaging Design

Design product packaging (labels, sleeves, boxes, stickers)
Work with suppliers to ensure print-ready files
Ensure designs are production-friendly and scalable
Handle revisions based on cost, material, and size constraints

Marketing Collaterals

Design posters, menus, flyers, in-store visuals
Support new outlet launches with branding materials
Create seasonal campaign assets (CNY, 11.11, etc.)

Technical Requirements

Strong understanding of CMYK vs RGB workflows
Experience preparing print-ready files (bleed, trim, dielines)
Knowledge of printing techniques (offset, digital, UV, embossing, etc.)
Ability to liaise with printers and packaging vendors
Familiar with material constraints and cost implications

Software & Tools

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Figma / Canva (for faster iterations and team collaboration)
Basic understanding of file exports for web vs print

Strong sense of aesthetics and branding
Ability to work fast and iterate quickly
Detail-oriented (especially for print production)
Able to take feedback and improve designs fast
Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment

Bonus Points

Experience in F&B or retail brands
Experience with packaging suppliers or factories
Basic motion graphics or video editing
Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion design

KPIs

Speed of design delivery
Consistency in brand execution
Reduction in print errors / revisions
Quality of campaign creatives (engagement / CTR support)
