Creative Video Editor — LOCK IN (Full-Time, Remote)
We're a gamified self-improvement app scaling through paid social. We need an editor who doesn't just make things look good, they make things convert.
The Role
25+ ad creatives per week across Meta and TikTok. You take raw UGC, screen recordings, and content and turn them into ads that stop thumbs and drive downloads. You're not just cutting clips. You understand why an ad works. Hook, pacing, emotion, CTA.
What we're looking for
You've edited ads before with real spend behind them. You know what a winning ad looks like and what makes a losing one. You can brainstorm with the team, sit in on strategy calls, and actually learn from performance data when we review what worked and what didn't. Most editors never close that feedback loop. We need someone who does.
You don't need crazy After Effects motion graphics. Most winning ads are built through research, congruent messaging, and good copy. We need someone who gets that.
You need to be young and plugged into current culture, trends, and what's actually working on social media right now. Our audience is males 16 to 25. If you don't naturally understand what makes that demo stop scrolling, you're not the right fit.
Details
Full time, remote. You'll work directly with the founder. Great work ethic and fast response time are non-negotiable. If you disappear for half a day mid-week, this won't work.
