Strategic Growth Architect is a marketing company, not the typical agency. We act as the marketing department for small businesses that do not have one of their own: full service, from strategic planning through to the pages, emails and campaigns that carry it out. That is why our clients matter so much to us: we are a partner to them, not an agency, and everything we hand them has to feel that way.

We work with each client to understand their needs, build their marketing plan, and turn that plan into briefs for the specific pieces the plan calls for: pages, proposals, emails, brand work. Those briefs are what you will turn into a client-facing deliverable the client can review, revise and approve, built with AI and directed by a person with a good eye. We are looking for that person. Start with a paid test project; if the work is good, you will get steady projects from us, and if it is great, a place on the team.


THE WORK

You will create client-facing review pages, proposals, email drafts and other marketing pieces as portable HTML pages with their assets. We recommend Claude Code or OpenAI's Codex; a comparable AI tool that can create and revise files is fine.

Our briefs may include meeting notes, brand guidelines, source files and incomplete details. Use your tool to work through that context and make sound decisions about the result. You do not write code; the tool builds the page, and you direct it.

Think of yourself as the director: you shape the final result by directing the AI, reviewing its work and d ---------- what needs to improve.


YOU ARE

- Someone who notices when a page is dull, generic or not made for the client, and can say exactly what is wrong.
- A clear writer. You can read a paragraph of client-facing copy and cut what does not earn its place.
- Someone who directs an AI tool rather than accepting what it gives you: specific feedback, several rounds, and you check the result yourself.
- Someone who follows written instructions to the letter when it matters, such as how the work is packaged and handed in.
- Someone who has used an AI coding tool before, such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, and has your own access or is willing to set it up.
- Someone who says what you could not check or did not know, rather than hoping nobody notices.


YOUR MOST IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITY

Make the client feel listened to. When they open the deliverable, it should be visually appealing, easy to read and clearly made for them. It should help them understand their options or take the next step.

Expect to personally inspect the actual pages and direct several rounds of revision. Remove repetitive explanations, generic filler and awkward layouts. Use AI to audit the work against the supplied requirements, then check the finished result with your own eyes.

We assess the quality of the work, the cost to reach an acceptable result and how much additional direction it needs. We do not reward long prompts or revision counts for their own sake.


PAY, AND WHAT COMES AFTER THE TEST

Invited applicants receive $30 USD for completing and submitting the test according to its instructions, whether or not we hire them. It is a fictional client brief; most people finish it in two to three hours. Completed test projects are paid through Wise within seven days of submission, regardless of the hiring decision.

After the test, if the work is good, there is a lot more. We have steady work and we want people we can rely on for it.

We begin with fixed-price projects, with the scope and price agreed before you start. For ongoing hourly work, we offer $10 to $20 USD per hour based on demonstrated quality, efficiency and independence. We evaluate the total cost of a finished, client-ready deliverable, not the hourly rate alone. You'll know and agree to the rate before starting each paid client project. Hours are flexible; you choose when you work and meet the agreed deadline.

Payment is through Wise. Per-project work is paid on approval of each project. Hourly work is paid on the 15th and the last day of the month.

Every deliverable is reviewed against the agreed brief. For fixed-price projects, payment is made once the work meets that brief and is approved. Revisions needed to bring it into spec are included in the agreed price. For hourly work, revisions count toward the approved time budget; ask before exceeding it.

Tools: if you do not have your own AI tool licence, we can provide one. What we look at is the total cost of a deliverable we can send to a client, your pay and the tool together, so bringing your own licence is reflected in what we pay you.


HOW TO APPLY

Apply through the OnlineJobs.ph application system. No long cover letter, introduction video or interview is needed. We want to see one thing you have already made with an AI tool, and how you got it there.

Send us one example of a deliverable you produced with an AI tool: a web page, a proposal, a landing page, an email, or similar. A link or the file itself. Share only work you have permission to show, with any confidential details removed.

Then tell us how you got there, in a few paragraphs:
1. Which AI tool you used, and whether you have your own access to it.
2. What the tool gave you at first, and what you saw that needed to change.
3. What you told it to change, how many rounds it took, and how the result improved.
4. What you checked yourself before you called it finished.

Also tell us:
- Your approximate availability for assignments.
- Whether you are interested in project work, part-time work, or eventually full-time work.
- Whether fixed-price projects to start, $10 to $20 USD an hour for ongoing hourly work, and payment through Wise work for you.


WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We read every application ourselves and reply to everyone, usually within a week. If your example and your story show the eye and the judgment we are looking for, we will invite you to the $30 test project: a fictional client brief with the client's materials and a starter kit for your AI tool, with one hand-in. We review it the same way we review client work and tell you what we saw.

Do the test well and you will start getting paid client projects right away. Do them consistently well and we will talk about part-time or full-time work on the team. We would rather find one excellent person and keep them busy than keep interviewing.
