JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Creative Director / Creative Strategist for Meta Ads to take full ownership of creative performance across multiple Shopify brands.

This is NOT a video editing role.
If you primarily edit videos or execute tasks without owning strategy, this role is not for you.

What You’ll Actually Do

This is a performance-driven, strategic role focused on scaling winning creatives—not producing them yourself.

Develop high-converting ad concepts, hooks, and angles
Analyze ad performance (CTR, CPA, thumb-stop, hold rate, etc.)
Identify winning creatives and scale them
Build and manage creative testing frameworks
Write scripts, briefs, and creative direction
Direct video editors, designers, and UGC creators
Turn data into clear iteration plans
Work closely with media buyers to improve performance

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Director who is deeply experienced in Meta Ads and understands how to create high-performing creatives across different niches.

Your role is to identify what’s working, scale it, and continuously produce new winning creatives across multiple Shopify brands.

This is a performance-driven role—your success is measured by how well your creatives convert across different products, audiences, and markets.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Direction

Analyze ad performance (ROAS, CTR, CPA, hook rate, etc.) across multiple brands and niches
Identify winning creatives and patterns across different industries
Develop new creative concepts based on data and trends
Create detailed briefs for video editors to produce high-converting ads
Continuously iterate on winners (new hooks, angles, formats, scripts)

Video Editor Management

Provide clear direction and structured briefs to video editors
Review and give actionable feedback on all creative output
Ensure high volume + high quality of ad creatives across multiple brands
Maintain fast turnaround times

UGC Creator Management

Source and manage UGC creators for different brands and niches
Create and refine UGC briefs (scripts, angles, hooks, deliverables)
Ensure creators deliver content aligned with performance goals
Coordinate content flow from creators ? editors ? ad accounts

Scaling Winning Creatives

Take top-performing ads and create multiple variations
Adapt winning concepts across different niches and products
Test new angles, hooks, and formats aggressively
Build a pipeline of consistent creative testing across all stores
What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience:

Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives
Strong understanding of direct response marketing
Experience working with multiple brands or products simultaneously
Experience managing video editors and UGC creators
Ability to analyze ad performance and make data-driven creative decisions

You Are:

Able to quickly adapt to different niches and audiences
Highly analytical but also creative
Obsessed with performance and results (ROAS-focused mindset)
Fast-moving and execution-driven
Extremely detail-oriented with strong feedback skills
Comfortable managing multiple creative pipelines at once
Nice to Have
Experience in eCommerce / Shopify brands
Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premiere, After Effects
Experience scaling ads across different niches
Experience managing high-volume creative testing
KPIs (How You’ll Be Measured)
Improvement in ROAS across multiple brands
Volume of winning creatives produced
Speed of iteration and testing
Ability to transfer winning concepts across niches
Efficiency of the creative production pipeline
