Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director specializing in Branding, Web, and Digital Marketing to lead our creative teams and shape compelling brand narratives across multiple platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the visual identity and digital presence of a forward-thinking organization. As a Creative Director, you will drive innovative design strategies, oversee large-scale projects, and inspire teams to produce captivating content that resonates with diverse audiences. Your expertise will ensure our brand remains vibrant, cohesive, and impactful in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive branding strategies that align with organizational goals and elevate brand recognition.
Oversee the creation of engaging web designs, digital marketing campaigns, motion graphics, and multimedia content, ensuring high-quality output that meets strategic objectives.
Manage and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams, including graphic designers, illustrators, motion graphic artists, and web developers, fostering a collaborative environment.
Direct art direction for print advertising, social media content, video production, and other marketing collateral to ensure visual consistency and excellence.
Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, InVision, and other graphic design software to craft innovative layouts and visual storytelling elements.
Coordinate cross-functional communication with marketing, product development, and technical teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across channels.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources for large-scale creative initiatives while maintaining attention to detail in print production and digital deployment.
