About this Role:
We’re hiring a Creator Coordinator to run the day-to-day execution of creator outreach and partnerships, with a strong focus on whitelisting for Meta and TikTok ads.
Your job is to ensure creators are:
- properly onboarded for paid usage
- whitelisting is approved and connected correctly
- assets are delivered ready to launch as ads (not just “content delivered”)
You’ll work closely with Creative Strategists, editors, and brands to make sure creator campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, properly whitelisted, and built for performance marketing.
This role suits someone highly organised, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and confident managing multiple moving parts.
Responsibilities:
Creator Partnerships (End-to-End)
- Source, vet, and onboard creators that match brand goals and content style.
- Manage partnerships from outreach to delivery and payment.
- Shortlist creators and share recommendations with Creative Strategists for approval.
- Send and manage creator agreements, usage rights, and paid usage terms.
- Create and maintain order sheets (creator info, product, shipping details) and coordinate fulfilment with brands.
- Send creator briefs and ensure creators fully understand deliverables, deadlines, ad usage requirements, and performance standards.
- Manage creator comms daily (DM/email), answer questions, and keep timelines on track.
- Track progress across active creators and update internal trackers daily.
- Proactively chase missing actions, missed deadlines, and incomplete deliverables, escalating when needed.
Whitelisting Ownership (Meta + TikTok)
- Own whitelisting end-to-end for Meta and TikTok so ads are launch-ready.
- Collect and verify creator account details (handles, IDs, region, account type) and confirm eligibility before requesting access.
- Send clear whitelisting instructions and confirm creators complete setup correctly (no partial setups).
- Coordinate approvals with brands or internal media buyers and confirm access is granted successfully.
- Troubleshoot fast: incorrect IDs, missing permissions, rejected requests, expired access, brand safety restrictions, and platform-specific errors.
- Maintain a whitelisting tracker by creator and platform (request date, approval date, expiry, status, notes).
- Ensure paid usage rights are documented correctly (duration, platform scope, regions) and aligned with the creator agreement.
Delivery, Quality Checks, and Handoff (Launch-Ready Assets)
- Review creator submissions to confirm deliverables are complete, match the brief, and whitelisting requirements are fully satisfied.
- Organise and rename raw files cleanly so the editing team receives structured, usable assets.
- Flag issues early (missing shots, unclear audio, wrong angles, incomplete whitelisting) and coordinate reshoots/resubmissions quickly.
- Hand off approved assets to editors with clear notes (angle, key claims, hooks, usage notes, compliance flags).
- Process creator payments only when deliverables and whitelisting conditions are met.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in creator partnerships, influencer operations, creator management, or performance creator campaigns (agency or brand-side).
- Strong operational organisation (can run multiple creator campaigns at once).
- Calm, solution-focused mindset (handles last-minute issues without chaos).
- Proactive ownership (spots risks early and fixes them before they block delivery).
Who This Role Is For
- You’re process-driven and like knowing exactly what happens next.
- You enjoy coordinating people, timelines, and deliverables behind the scenes.
- You can juggle multiple campaigns without losing visibility or accuracy.
- You like working closely with creative + performance teams to support ad production.
- You want to work with fast-growing D2C brands and be a key part of how their ads get made.
