JOB OVERVIEW

Summary
We’re looking for an exceptionally creative and skilled Graphic Design & Video Editing VA to join our team full-time (40 hours per week). If you're someone who keeps up with the latest design and Instagram video trends, has a strong aesthetic sense, and thrives on delivering cutting-edge visuals, this role is for you.

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent eye for design and detail
• Strong Canva and CapCut skills (Photoshop a bonus)
• Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Fast computer/laptop that can handle heavy editing and large files
• Comfortable creating videos from scratch and following creative briefs
• Willingness to learn and adapt content trends, especially on Instagram
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Availability to work 9AM-6PM Mountain Time (Training will be in CST hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Can work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Must not have other job commitments — this is a full-time role

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design graphics using Canva
• Edit engaging, trend-driven videos and Instagram Reels using CapCut
• Add captions and subtitles
• Assist in content publishing and organization on social media
• Other general creative or data entry tasks as needed

EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED – YOU WILL BE GIVEN FULL TRAINING
We will provide full training so that you are confident in performing the tasks assigned to you.

You must be willing to participate in a Zoom video call before being accepted for the job.
