Creative Content Specialist

Location: Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Creative Content Specialist to help create, edit and improve visual content across our ecommerce business.

This role is ideal for someone creative, organised and detail-focused who enjoys producing high-quality images, videos, graphics and promotional content for online brands.

You will be responsible for helping our products look professional, premium and engaging across our website, marketplaces, social media platforms and marketing campaigns.

The role will involve using design software, video editing tools, AI tools and other creative platforms to produce content quickly, accurately and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Product Image Editing
Edit and improve supplier product images
Clean up product photos and remove unwanted marks or backgrounds
Resize, crop and optimise images for different platforms
Improve lighting, colour, sharpness and overall presentation
Create consistent product image styles across the catalogue
Prepare images for Shopify, Amazon, eBay, B&Q, Wayfair, TikTok Shop and other channels
Ensure all product images look professional, accurate and on-brand
Lifestyle Image Creation
Create lifestyle images that show products in attractive home, garden or commercial settings
Use AI tools, editing software and design platforms to create realistic product visuals
Place products into suitable scenes and backgrounds
Make images look natural, premium and believable
Create visuals for product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional offers
Ensure lifestyle images match the quality and style of the brand
Graphic Design & Promotional Content
Design e-flyers, promotional graphics and campaign visuals
Create website banners, homepage graphics and collection images
Design graphics for sales, offers, new product launches and seasonal promotions
Create comparison charts, feature graphics and product benefit visuals
Produce marketplace graphics, including Amazon A+ Content
Create simple, clear and attractive designs that help customers understand the product
Video Content
Create and edit short-form videos for social media, product pages and adverts
Produce content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other platforms
Edit product clips, lifestyle videos, promotional videos and simple advert-style content
Add captions, text overlays, music and transitions where required
Resize and adapt videos for different platforms
Help turn product features and benefits into engaging visual content
Social Media Content
Create visual content for social media posts, stories, reels and adverts
Produce product-focused content that can be used across multiple platforms
Help create content for new product launches, offers and seasonal campaigns
Keep designs consistent with the brand style
Suggest creative ideas for improving social media visuals and engagement
Ecommerce & Marketplace Content
Create and adapt content for ecommerce websites and online marketplaces
Support Shopify product pages with improved images and visual assets
Create visuals for Amazon, eBay, B&Q, Wayfair, OnBuy, TikTok Shop and future sales channels
Make sure images and graphics meet platform requirements
Help improve product listings through stronger visual presentation
Work closely with the ecommerce and marketplace team to support product launches and listing improvements
AI, Tools & Creative Improvement
Use AI tools where helpful to speed up image creation, editing and design work
Test new creative tools, apps and software
Suggest better ways to create content more efficiently
Keep up to date with new design, AI, video and ecommerce content trends
Help create repeatable processes and templates for common content tasks
Look for ways to improve the quality and consistency of the brand’s visual content
Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with experience in:

Graphic design
Image editing
Product image improvement
Lifestyle image creation
Short-form video editing
Ecommerce content creation
Social media graphics
Website banners and promotional design
Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop or similar design tools
CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools
AI image and creative tools
Creating content for ecommerce brands, marketplaces or online retail

Experience with homeware, furniture, interiors, garden products or lifestyle products would be beneficial but is not essential.
