Location: Valencia, Spain (remote-friendly)

About Us
We're a dual-concept brand based in Valencia, Spain, with two distinct sides:

---------- — our health-focused café side: smoothies, fresh juices, clean eats, grab-and-go energy.

---------- — our upscale restaurant side: sexy, fun, cocktails, live DJs, a night-out energy that feels premium and alive.

Honest note: our current social presence doesn't reflect the brand yet. We know our visuals need real work — this isn't a "just keep doing what we're doing" role. We're looking for someone who can genuinely elevate and redefine how both accounts look and feel. We are thinking flash photography or we can send you all photos from photoshoots so you can do your thing.

About the Role
We're looking for a genuinely funky, sexy, and creative person — not a generic designer who plays it safe. We need someone with real personality who can bring FUN energy to the café side and SEXY, bold energy to the restaurant/nightlife side. We have Reels covered — what we need is someone who can bring that same standout creative energy to our main social grid, event flyers, and collab graphics.

What You'll Do

Design main grid content for ---------- ---------- that finally captures the real vibe of each side — playful and fun by day, sultry and alive by night
Create event flyers — DJ nights, promos, collabs, specials — that actually make people want to show up
Design graphics for brand collaborations and partnerships with the same bold, standout energy
Deliver finished files to us monthly, ready to post — no back-and-forth needed on formatting
Build a consistent, elevated visual identity across both accounts, even though the café and restaurant sides feel different

Who We're Looking For

A funky, creative, bold personality — we want your work to have real character, not cookie-cutter templates
Someone who can nail FUN, playful energy for the café side — bright, fresh, feel-good visuals
Someone who can nail SEXY, upscale nightlife energy for the restaurant side — moody, alluring, magnetic visuals
A strong eye for design — bonus if you've worked with hospitality, restaurant, nightlife, or café brands before, ideally with an understanding of the Valencia/Spain market and aesthetic
Someone who can look at what we have now and see the gap — and isn't afraid to push our brand somewhere more exciting
Reliable with deadlines — we need files delivered on time, every month
Experience with Canva, Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator), or similar design tools
Fluent in Spanish and/or English, depending on our audience needs

Schedule & Pay

1-week paid trial to start, so we can see your style and workflow in action
If it's a great fit, this moves to an ongoing monthly retainer — a set number of flyers/grid posts delivered each month for a flat monthly rate
