Role Summary
A multi format Content Creator who can quickly turn rough briefs into engaging content that supports member comms, brand awareness, and lead generation. The priority is ideas + fast execution using available tools/resources (AI, Canva, etc.)—with occasional polished video supported by external services when needed.

• Create and repurpose: social tiles, short-form clips, simple motion, carousels, webinar promos/cutdowns.
• Support campaigns for training products and events (including “Member Briefing” style promotions).
• Help build repeatable systems: templates, tone/style guidance, lightweight workflows that increase speed.
• Iterate quickly with feedback; improve output and process over time.
Required Skills / Working Style
• Creative, resourceful, and comfortable working from imperfect inputs.
• Comfortable with “ship fast, improve fast” execution.
• Tool-flexible (Canva/Figma/Adobe/AI tools like Gemini/Claude, etc.).
• Organized and reliable with deadlines.
Success looks like (first 30–60 days)
• Consistent weekly output with minimal hand-holding.
• Faster turnaround on member comms and campaign assets.
• Contributes to broader initiatives like brand refresh and supporting longer-term projects (e.g., website redevelopment) by freeing leadership from day-to-day content production.
