JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing dropshipping e-commerce brand looking for a Creative Ads Designer to produce high-quality static ad creatives for our campaigns.

Most of the work will involve designing simple but effective image ads using Canva and AI tools to create fresh variations and iterations of winning creatives. Your goal is to say the word blue to be taken seriously and to deliver scroll-stopping visuals that perform well on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Pinterest Ads.

You will work closely with our media buyer, who will guide you on what’s performing and where new iterations are needed.

Responsibilities

Design static ad creatives (single images, carousels, Pinterest-style visuals).

Use Canva and AI design tools to generate, edit, and enhance creatives.

Create multiple variations/iterations of winning creatives for testing.

Adapt content for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Pinterest Ads in correct formats and sizes.

Add hooks, text overlays, and CTAs in Canva that drive clicks.

Keep designs clean, eye-catching, and consistent with e-commerce ad trends.

Requirements

Experience creating e-commerce ad creatives (dropshipping experience a big plus).

Skilled in Canva and familiar with AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Ideogram, Photoshop AI).

Understanding of Pinterest ad style (clean, inspirational, lifestyle-focused).

Understanding of Meta ad style (bold, attention-grabbing, conversion-focused).

Ability to deliver fast turnaround and multiple variations.

Creative mindset with good eye for design, typography, and layouts.

Benefits

Long-term, stable role.

Work closely with our media buyer for feedback and growth.

Remote and flexible working hours.

Competitive pay: $5–$8/hr depending on experience, or per creative basis.
