JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for an experienced creative who knows how to find what's already working and turn it into high-performing ads for my brand.

What you'll do:

Research and identify winning ads through the Meta Ads Library, Minea, PiPiADS, AdSpy, and other spy tools
Analyze what makes those ads convert (hooks, structure, visuals, copy angles)
Edit, adapt, and recreate those ad concepts for my product and target market
Produce ready-to-run creatives (static and video) optimized for Facebook/Instagram/TikTok
Test different variations (hooks, CTAs, formats) to help us scale what works

What I'm looking for:

Proven experience doing ad research + creative production (this is not a beginner role)
You already know how to navigate the Ads Library and spy tools — I shouldn't have to teach you
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects)
Good understanding of direct response advertising and what makes people stop scrolling
Ability to adapt a concept to a different niche/product without just copying it
Reliable, fast turnaround, and able to work independently

Possibility of a pay raise.
