JOB OVERVIEW

What is the company?

We work with some of the largest YouTubers on earth, with channels of 100+ million subscribers.

We are a London-based startup that partners with the world's biggest creators.

What will you be doing?

This is not a normal editing job. We have built our own AI video studio in-house, and it does the heavy lifting: it cuts the footage, writes and voices the intro, generates the opening scenes, places the sound effects and music, and renders the finished video.

What it cannot do is d ---------- what is actually good.

That is your job. You will be the person sitting in front of that tool choosing which moments make the video, what order they go in, how the intro hooks someone in the first five seconds, which sound lands and which one kills it. You will produce whole videos for channels watched by millions, and you will do it in hours, not days.

You will work directly with people who have built YouTube channels with millions of subscribers, and you will learn from them how a video is actually made to perform. You will also work side by side with our development team, telling them what the tool gets wrong so they can build it better. Your feedback will shape software nobody else in the world has.

You do not need Premiere Pro. You do not need After Effects. You need taste, speed, and an obsession with retention.

This is not a slow, comfortable role. You will need to work hard and fast, ship on tight deadlines, and keep raising the bar. In return, you will grow faster here than anywhere else, and you will be one of the first people on earth doing this job at all.

Responsibilities include:

- Producing finished YouTube videos end to end inside our in-house AI studio.
- Choosing the clips, the moments and the running order that make a video worth watching.
- Directing the AI intro: the script, the voiceover, the opening scenes and the hook.
- Choosing sound effects, music and transitions so the video feels alive and never drags.
- Watching your videos back honestly and cutting anything that loses attention.
- Studying what is performing right now on YouTube and bringing those patterns into our videos.
- Giving our development team direct feedback to improve the tools you use every day.
- Running several videos at once without dropping quality.

About you

You are ambitious and hungry, and you want to be one of the first great AI video producers in the world.

You thrive in fast-paced environments where speed, output and results matter more than corporate processes. You are happy to put in the work because you know this kind of opportunity is rare.

You should be:

- Obsessed with YouTube. You watch it constantly and you can explain why a video held you.
- Someone with a real instinct for retention: where people click off, and what keeps them.
- Comfortable with AI tools and quick to learn new ones. We will train you on ours.
- Question for the form: what is the best YouTube video opening you have seen this month, and what exactly makes the first five seconds work?
- Fast. You can take a folder of footage and have a video moving in hours.
- Opinionated but coachable. You will get direct feedback from people at the top of the game.
- Organised and disciplined, delivering on time and communicating clearly.
- Excited by the creator economy and by building something from scratch.

Editing experience is welcome but not required. We care about your judgement, not your software.

Pay and hours

- Pay: $1,000/month with performance-based bonuses.
- Hours: 40 hours per week (exclusive of breaks).
- Weekends: Off.
- Holidays: Paid (dates flexible).
