NOW HIRING: CRAFT RECRUITING SOURCER – U.S. RECRUITMENT

Location: Philippines – Remote
Schedule: U.S. Central Time | Night Shift
Position: Full-Time
Industry: Construction • Utilities • Energy • Skilled Trades

We are looking for an experienced Craft Recruiting Sourcer based in the Philippines to support U.S. recruiting operations.

This is not a general Virtual Assistant position. We are seeking someone who understands recruiting and enjoys finding, engaging, and speaking with skilled craft professionals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Source and engage U.S.-based skilled-trades candidates.
Conduct outbound calls, texts, emails, and candidate outreach.
Perform initial candidate screening and qualification.
Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
Maintain accurate candidate information and activity in the ATS/CRM.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Partner with U.S.-based recruiters to meet hiring goals.

Pipeline & Natural Gas • Construction • CDL Drivers • Equipment Operators • HDD/Directional Drill • Hydrovac • Electricians • I&E Technicians • Welders • Mechanics • HSE/Safety • Other Skilled Trades

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
U.S. recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Skilled trades, construction, utilities, energy, industrial, or staffing experience highly preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong telephone communication skills.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
Experience using job boards, Boolean search, social media, ATS/CRM systems, and other sourcing tools.
Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote workspace.
Ability to consistently work U.S. Central Time business hours.
