We are a UK-based serviced accommodation operator with 7+ years of experience in Airbnb and property management. Our mission is to educate aspiring entrepreneurs on how to start and scale a successful serviced accommodation business in the UK.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Course Creator to develop a comprehensive online course focused on Serviced Accommodation and Airbnb business strategies in the UK. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to transform complex concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and structure course content based on UK-specific regulations, best practices, and Airbnb strategies.
Develop engaging modules, lessons, and supporting materials (videos, slides, PDFs, quizzes).
Collaborate with subject matter experts (our team) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Create scripts for video lessons and assist in storyboarding.
Ensure course is optimized for online learning platforms (e.g., Teachable, Thinkific, Kajabi).
Incorporate interactive elements to enhance learner engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in course creation, instructional design, or e-learning development.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong research skills and ability to adapt content for the UK market.
Familiarity with Airbnb and property management concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and video editing software.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience creating courses for real estate, hospitality, or business niches.
Knowledge of UK property laws and Airbnb compliance (a plus).
