About the Position
We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented reviewer and teacher who can review eLearning course content for accuracy, clarity, quality, and consistency - WITHOUT needing to write code or build courses.
If you have a teaching or training background, strong command of English, sharp editing and proofreading skills, and a careful eye for detail, this role may be a great fit for you.
About the Position
The selected person will review online courses that cover subjects such as:
- Security systems
- Access control
- Video surveillance
- Low-voltage installation
- Cybersecurity
- Workplace safety
- Technician training
- Customer service and professional development
Primary Responsibilities
The course and content reviewer will be responsible for:
- Reading course modules, lessons, narration scripts, and assessments carefully.
- Checking course content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and logical flow.
- Verifying that learning objectives match the actual lesson content.
- Reviewing quizzes, knowledge checks, and practice exercises for correct answers and clear wording.
- Identifying confusing, incorrect, or outdated information.
- Flagging grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style issues.
- Ensuring instructions and course text are easy for learners to understand.
- Suggesting improvements to make the learning experience clearer and more effective.
- Confirming that content is consistent with the source material and subject-matter-expert guidance.
- Preparing clear, organized review notes and feedback for the production team.
- Collaborating with the course developer and writer to resolve issues.
- Applying an educator's mindset - thinking about how a learner will experience the material.
- Meeting review deadlines and communicating progress clearly.
What We Are Looking For
We want someone with a teaching, training, writing, or content-editing background who:
- Has strong written English and a sharp eye for errors and inconsistencies.
- Understands how to organize material so it is easy to learn and remember.
- Can judge whether content is accurate, complete, and learner-friendly.
- Writes clear, constructive, and professional feedback.
- Is orderly, reliable, and consistent in their work.
- Can work full-time on our schedule (overnight in the Philippines).
- Treats this as their only job.
No coding or web development is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching, tutoring, or training experience (any subject or level).
- Experience reviewing, editing, or proofreading educational content.
- Familiarity with learning-management systems as a user (helpful but not required).
- Background or interest in security systems, access control, video surveillance, or safety training (helpful but not required).
