JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing accounting and finance outsourcing company supporting U.S.-based
clients, and we’re looking for a highly driven Country Manager to lead and manage our accounting
team in the Philippines. If you are a strong people leader with an accounting background,
operational mindset, and experience handling high-performing teams, this role is for you.
About the Role

As the Country Manager (Accounting Operations), you will oversee our local accounting
operations, manage a team of accountants and senior accountants, ensure service quality,
maintain team performance, and act as the bridge between the Philippine team and our U.S.
leadership. This is a leadership role requiring excellent communication skills, accountability,
strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:
Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Set-up: Full-time; Work-from-Home; Direct to client engagement
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
? Lead, manage, and mentor a team of accountants and accounting staff
? Ensure high-quality accounting deliverables and client satisfaction
? Monitor team performance, productivity, and KPIs
? Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
? Create a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture
? Coordinate closely with U.S.-based clients and leadership teams
? Improve operational processes and team efficiency
? Handle escalations, problem-solving, and performance management
? Ensure deadlines are met consistently and accurately
? Conduct regular tea ---------- etings, coaching, and performance reviews

Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
? CPA is a strong advantage
? Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience in accounting or
BPO/accounting outsourcing
? Experience managing accountants or finance professionals
? Strong understanding of accounting operations and workflows
? Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational abilities
? Experience working with U.S. clients is highly preferred
? Ability to work independently and lead remote teams effectively
? Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern accounting and communication tools
