Job Summary
We're looking for a charismatic, creative, and outgoing anime and manga enthusiast to become We are looking for a charismatic, expressive, and passionate Cosplay Content Creator to become one of the primary on-camera faces and performers for Nushi Studio.

In this dynamic role, you will bring anime, manga, gaming, and original characters to life through cosplay, acting, comedic skits, and trend-based content. You will handle recording yourself, editing high-energy videos, and working closely with our creative team to transform ideas into viral-ready visual media. Beyond performance, you will maintain clear project tracking and operational communication to keep our publishing pipeline running smoothly

This position is perfect for someone who genuinely loves anime, manga, cosplay, internet culture, and making people laugh.

Key responsibilities
Dress and perform as various anime, manga, gaming, and original characters for social media content
Embody different character personalities, expressions, voices, and mannerisms in front of the camera.
Perform in scripted and improvised scenes, comedic sketches, parody videos, reaction videos, and platform trends.
Participate in comedic sketches, parody videos, reaction videos, and trend-based content
Brainstorm and develop original short-form video ideas inspired by anime, manga, gaming, ---------- s, and internet culture.
Create funny, entertaining, and highly engaging videos optimized for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X, and similar platforms.
Be responsible for editing video content using CapCut, Canva, or equivalent tools—adding captions, subtitles, audio inserts, and formatting media correctly.
Collaborate with artists, animators, writers, and other tea ---------- mbers to transform creative ideas into engaging content.
Help maintain an organized production schedule while managing multiple projects and consistently meeting deadlines.

Required qualifications:
Passionate anime and manga fan with a deep understanding of anime, manga, gaming, and online fandom culture.
Be confident and comfortable acting, performing, and recording in public locations or events
A strong portfolio showcasing original short-form video content, including examples of editing, storytelling, comedic timing, and social media creativity. Applicants should be prepared to share previous videos or recordings.
1–3 years experience in a social media/publishing or digital operations role (or strong project experience)
1-3 years practical experience with professional video workflows and tools (CapCut, Canva, or equivalent) for inserting audio, text layers, and managing formatting templates.
Good project-management skills: calendar management, version control, and tracking.
Good oral and written communication with attention to detail
Excellent sense of pacing, humor, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ideas and isn't afraid to pitch fresh concepts.
Charismatic, collaborative, and communicates ideas clearly with teammates.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Reliable internet (min. 25 Mbps + backup) and a modern computer (e.g., Ryzen 5 / Intel i5 or better).
Demonstrates strong work ethic through reliability, accountability, and consistent follow-through on commitments; manages time effectively and meets deadlines with minimal supervision.
