We are a Hong Kong-based corporate services firm seeking reliable and professional individuals from the Philippines to serve as nominee directors, shareholders, or ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) for international business structures. This is a flexible, part-time role focused on compliance support, with minimal time commitment required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a registered nominee for company incorporation and ongoing compliance in Hong Kong, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
2. Participate in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, including providing identification documents, attending virtual verification calls or interviews with banks/regulators, and signing necessary paperwork.
3. Be available on-call for urgent compliance-related queries or document requests (typically 0-3 hours per month, with flexibility).
4. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to non-disclosure agreements at all times.
5. Respond promptly to emails or messages regarding company matters.
Requirements:
1. Must be a Filipino citizen or resident aged 21+ with a clean criminal record and no prior regulatory issues.
2. Basic understanding of corporate compliance or willingness to learn (experience in legal, accounting, or administrative roles is a plus but not required).
3. Reliable internet access for virtual meetings and document handling.
4. Strong communication skills in English; Chinese is good but not required.
5. Ability to commit to a long-term arrangement (minimum 1 year)
Compensation: Monthly: $150USD
Additional pay for active tasks such as KYC requests, and meetings.
