JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing digital media brand looking for a talented and creative Copywriting Specialist to join our team. This is not a role for someone who copy-pastes from AI tools — we are looking for someone with a genuine human touch who can craft compelling, unique content that resonates with real audiences.
Responsibilities

Write original, engaging blog posts across multiple websites based on context and briefs provided by us — content must be unique, human-written, and not AI-generated
Write and schedule social media content daily including Instagram captions, tweets, and LinkedIn posts — content will be scheduled directly within our social media applications
Write and send newsletters three times per week using our platform — full training via screen recording tutorials will be provided
Incorporate product details and CTA links provided by us into newsletters and social content
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms

What We're Looking For
We want someone who actually loves writing. Someone who can take a brief or context, think creatively, and produce content that feels fresh and authentic — not recycled or generic. Heavy reliance on AI tools is a dealbreaker for this role.
Requirements

Proven copywriting experience — blogs, newsletters, and social media preferred
Strong command of English with excellent grammar, tone, and storytelling ability
Ability to write in a consistent brand voice across different platforms and formats
Comfortable scheduling content directly on Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn
Reliable, organised, and able to meet deadlines consistently
A portfolio or writing samples are required with your application
AI tools may be used for research or light assistance only — final content must reflect genuine human creativity and writing skill

Schedule & Hours
This is a part-time role requiring approximately 3 to 4 hours per day, 5 days a week — totalling around 15 hours per week or less. You have flexibility in when you work as long as deadlines are met and content is delivered on time.
