Views To Clients helps B2B founders, SaaS companies and leading brands build profitable YouTube channels.
We started 2026 at approximately $100,000 per month and have since grown to around $500,000 per month. Our target is to reach $1 million per month by the end of 2026.

Our clients and work include names such as Gary Vee, ManyChat, Instantly AI and Glencoco. We have helped build some of the leading business channels in their niches, generating millions of views, subscribers and attributable revenue.
Our mission is to become undeniably and irrefutably the best team of experts for building profitable business YouTube channels. We now need exceptional people who can make sure every client receives the standard of service, execution and care that this mission requires.

About the Role
We're looking for a copywriter with direct response experience specifically within the info product / personal brand / coaching space, who is also a highly experienced YouTube scriptwriter. This is a dual-skillset role — not a generalist copywriting role, and not someone who dabbles in video scripts on the side. We need someone who deeply understands how offers, funnels, and messaging work in this industry, and who can write YouTube scripts that hold attention, retain viewers, and drive action.

What You'll Do
Write direct response copy across [sales pages, emails, ad copy, landing pages — adjust to what's actually needed]
Write and structure YouTube scripts (hooks, retention structure, pacing, CTAs) for long-form and/or short-form content
Translate offers and positioning into copy that speaks directly to our audience, on and off platform
Work closely with the team to understand brand voice and audience psychology specific to the info product space
[Add any recurring deliverables — e.g. weekly email sends, launch sequences, weekly video scripts, etc.]

What We're Looking For
Proven experience writing for info products, coaching, courses, or personal-brand businesses — copy experience limited to other industries (e.g. e-commerce, SaaS, agencies) will not be a fit for this role
Significant, hands-on YouTube scriptwriting experience — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have. We need someone who has written scripts that have actually performed (retention, watch time, views), not someone who's only written a few as a side skill
Strong grasp of direct response copywriting principles (not just "brand" or awareness copy)
A focused skill set — we're looking for someone specialized, not someone listing five-plus unrelated skills or services
Ability to write copy that reflects a founder/creator's voice authentically, not generic brand-speak

Agency, SaaS, creative-production or other high-touch recurring-service experience is strongly preferred.

2. Please also include samples of copy specifically written for info products, coaching, or personal-brand companies
3. Include context on the brand/niche each sample was written for and the result if available (open rates, conversion, sales, etc.)

COMPENSATION
$10–$15 USD per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
