We are looking for a highly skilled copywriter who can do far more than write polished words. This role is for someone who can think strategically, hold a founder’s voice with precision, and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging across platforms.
This is not a plug-and-play copy role. The right person will know how to shape thought leadership, protect nuance, and support a brand with depth, intelligence, and editorial judgment.
What We’re Looking For:
Strategic Copywriter
You think like a brand strategist who writes, not just a writer waiting for instructions. You can translate high-level ideas into grounded, clear messaging and understand how copy contributes to long-term brand authority, positioning, and trust.
You know how to:
Turn thought leadership into language that feels clear and resonant
Hold context across multiple offers, platforms, and seasons
Build messaging that strengthens authority over time, not just immediate engagement
Deep Fluency in Female Leadership Language
This role is best suited for a woman who understands the nuances of modern female leadership from lived experience.
You should feel comfortable writing about:
Power without performative masculinity
Authority without arrogance
Identity, discernment, boundaries, and self-trust
The emotional interior of leadership
The tone is not “girlboss,” and it is not corporate. It is grounded, intelligent, and embodied.
Ability to Hold and Protect a Distinct Voice
The right writer must be able to enter an established voice without flattening or diluting it.
You should be able to:
Match cadence, rhythm, and emphasis
Write conversationally without sounding casual
Be bold without becoming aggressive
Be warm without becoming soft
This requires taste, restraint, and strong listening skills.
Strong Long-Form Writing Ability
This is not a short-caption-only role. You should be confident writing and shaping:
Email
Long-form posts, essays, and leadership narratives
Workshop descriptions and progra
Thought pieces that require structure, pacing, and discernment
You should also have strong editorial instincts and know what should be said, what should be refined, and what should be left unsaid.
High Emotional Intelligence
This role sits close to the founder’s thinking. You must be able to read between the lines, work from voice notes or partially formed ideas, and handle feedback with maturity.
The right person knows how to:
Ask thoughtful, clarifying questions without over-questioning
Interpret nuance, subtext, and intention
Know when to push an idea further and when to protect the message
Comfort With Abstract Ideas
The work often lives in concepts, frameworks, and invisible architecture. You should enjoy working with ideas that are still forming and helping shape them into language people can immediately recognize themselves in.
Platform Versatility
You should be able to write across:
Email
Instagram
LinkedIn
Sales pages
Workshop and program positioning
Professional Maturity
We need someone who is dependable, discreet, and collaborative. This person should manage deadlines responsibly, hold context well, and understand the level of confidentiality that comes with founder-facing work.
Strong Taste and Editorial Judgment
This is one of the most important parts of the role. You should know:
What not to say
When something is too much
When clarity matters more than cleverness
When simplicity or restraint is more powerful than saying more
Key Responsibilities
-Content
Plan out monthly content calendars
Write LinkedIn and Meta posts tied to the content plan and current offers
Write weekly articles
Turn notes, voice notes, or training transcripts into finished content
Research positioning, trends, current language, relevant examples, and insights to inform future content
-Campaigns and Launches
Create campaign briefs
Write promotional, sales, and fulfillment
Write support landing pages and other offer-related copy
Develop swipe copy and launch messaging as needed
-Reporting and Performance
Track
Gather performance insights regularly
Use data to inform rewrites, content adjustments, and future messaging decisions
-Collaboration and Revisions
Revise
Collaborate closely with the founder or team to shape ideas into finished messaging
Handle ad hoc copy requests as needed
Additional Requirements
Must be available to work during PST hours
Can start part-time, with the opportunity to expand hours as responsibilities grow
Starting rate is $7.50 USD per hour, with potential for an increase after the first month based on performance and fit
Must be comfortable working in a collaborative, founder-facing role that requires discretion, responsiveness, and strong follow-through
Bonus Qualifications
These are not required, but would be strong indicators of fit:
Background in psychology, leadership, coaching, philosophy, literature, or narrative work
Experience writing for founders, thought leaders, or experts
Comfort working behind the scenes through ghostwriting, without needing visibility or credit
Ideal Fit
This role is for someone thoughtful, sharp, emotionally intelligent, and deeply attuned to voice. You are not just producing copy. You are helping shape and protect a founder’s message with care, precision, and depth.
