JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a talented copywriter who loves writing persuasive, engaging and human-sounding copy.

This role is primarily focused on writing email marketing campaigns and automated email flows for a variety of eCommerce brands across industries including:

Health & wellness
Plant-based food
Supplements
Baby & parenting
Sustainable living
Homewares
Lifestyle brands

Every week you'll have the opportunity to write for different audiences and different brands, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and continuous learning.

We're looking for someone who:

Has exceptional written English and grammar.
Is a creative thinker—not someone who simply rewrites what AI produces.
Understands how to write in a way that connects with people emotionally.
Can adapt their writing style to different brands and audiences.
Enjoys researching products and understanding what makes customers tick.
Takes pride in producing polished, thoughtful work.
Is open to feedback and genuinely wants to improve their craft.
Our Approach to AI

We absolutely encourage the use of AI.

Used well, it can dramatically speed up research, brainstorming and drafting.

However...

AI is never the final copy.

Every email should be humanised, refined and rewritten until it feels like it was written by a real person who understands the customer.

If your process is simply prompting ChatGPT and submitting the result, this role probably isn't the right fit.

If you use AI as a tool while bringing your own creativity, empathy and critical thinking to every piece of writing, you'll fit right in.

This role starts as part-time, but we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
