We need a results focused Conversion Optimization Specialist to run structured tests across our ecommerce brands.
This role is all about increasing conversion rate and revenue through rapid execution and iteration — across landing pages, product pages, images, and on-site experience.
What You'll Test
- Conversion-focused improvements across multiple ecommerce brands
Your work will include:
- Product pages (PDPs)
- Product images and visual layouts
- Shipping messaging and thresholds
- On-site user experience and flow
Your tests will focus on:
- Improving conversion rate
- Increasing AOV
- Increasing add-to-cart rate
- Reducing drop-off
- Improving user experience
Your Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities across PDPs and LPs
- Launch and manage A/B tests at high volume
- Analyze user behavior using tools like Microsoft Clarity
- Build and deploy new page variations quickly
- Work with product builders and designers to execute tests
- Track results and maintain a testing log
- Continuously iterate on winning variations
Requirements
- Experience running CRO tests for ecommerce brands
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
- Experience with tools like:
Microsoft Clarity (or similar heatmapping tools)
Google Analytics
A/B testing tools
- Ability to move quickly and execute tests at scale
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable communication and ability to perform work on time.
- Communication is part of performance.
- Experience with Shopify and landing page builders is a strong plus.
