POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly capable financial specialist to optimize our financial operations in line with our business objectives. You will assist in any or all of the facets of Finance, including but not limited to: Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting and Forecasting, Expense Management, Cash Management, Taxes, Internal Audits, Cost Accounting, and Fixed Assets accounting.
To ensure success as a financial specialist, you should exhibit extensive experience in financial analysis and sound knowledge of financial models. An accomplished financial specialist is someone whose expertise optimizes financial performance and helps realize business goals.
KEY JOB TASKS
? Generate A/R invoices ensuring contractual compliance.
? Generate Purchase orders for internal approval & tracking of large expenses.
? Manage and accept all incoming payments from customers.
? Receive and verify incoming bills, log into the accounting system ensuring proper job costing
accounting, and ensure timely payment.
? Manage employee reimbursements, review, verify, and document.
? Manage credit card entries, reconciliations, and proper job costing.
? Assist Controller with cash flow entries.
? Assist Controller with Budgeting and Forecasting.
Generate Payables reports and other reports as requested.
Desired Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
2. At least five years' experience as a financial administrator, or similar.
3. Advanced competency in financial management and accounting software.
4. In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and industry regulations.
5. Extensive experience in corporate finances, auditing, and performance management.
6. Superb organizational and time management abilities.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
