We’re looking for a creative and talented Content Creator & Video Editor to help us build a strong online presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You’ll transform raw footage into engaging content that grows our brand, builds trust, and generates leads.

Position Overview

As our Content Creator & Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media platforms. Using footage and ideas provided by our team, you’ll edit videos, design graphics, and repurpose content into platform-specific posts.

Your goal is to create high-quality, premium content that reflects our brand and helps us consistently attract and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities

Video Editing

* Edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Create engaging Instagram Reels and social media videos.
* Add captions, transitions, animations, music, and motion graphics.
* Color correct and enhance video quality.
* Create multiple versions of videos for different platforms and campaigns.
* Organize and manage all video assets.

Content Creation

* Create engaging content for:
* Instagram
* Facebook
* LinkedIn
* Develop creative ideas aligned with our marketing goals.
* Repurpose raw footage into multiple pieces of content.
* Create educational, behind-the-scenes, testimonial, client success, motivational, and promotional content.
* Ensure all content reflects our premium brand identity.

LinkedIn Content

* Create professional LinkedIn posts and carousels.
* Repurpose Instagram content into LinkedIn-friendly formats.
* Design content that builds authority, credibility, and trust.
* Support the growth of our founder’s personal brand on LinkedIn.

Content Planning

* Assist in planning weekly and monthly content calendars.
* Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
* Suggest new content ideas and creative concepts.
* Maintain an organized content library for future use.

Requirements

Required

* 2+ years of experience in content creation and video editing.
* Strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
* Experience editing content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Strong storytelling and visual editing skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good written and spoken English.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Reliable internet connection and home office setup.

Software Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Adobe After Effects
* CapCut Pro
* DaVinci Resolve
* Canva

Nice to Have

* Experience creating content for fitness, coaching, health, or lifestyle brands.
* Motion graphics experience.
* Graphic design skills.
* Photography skills.
* Experience using AI tools for editing and content creation.
* Understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and personal branding.
