JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title:
NDIS Content Creator (Australia-Based)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Content Creator with a strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), a proven track record in content creation, and the ability to follow pre-written plans and instructions precisely.
This remote, part-time to full-time role supports our NDIS-focused business in Australia by producing high-quality, compliant content that educates, engages, and informs participants, providers, and stakeholders. You’ll work from detailed content plans provided by our team—no need to develop strategies from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create written content such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, guides, and resources based on supplied NDIS-aligned plans and guidelines.
• Ensure all content is accurate, accessible, and compliant with NDIS regulations and Australian standards (e.g., inclusive language, privacy considerations).
• Incorporate SEO best practices and audience-specific messaging to maximize reach.
• Collaborate with our team via tools like Google Workspace or Slack for feedback and revisions.
• Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high-quality output.
Requirements:
• Deep knowledge of NDIS processes, terminology, funding models, and participant experiences—prior experience in disability services or NDIS-related roles is essential.
• Proven portfolio of content creation (e.g., articles, social posts, videos/scripts) with measurable results (e.g., engagement metrics, audience growth).
• Excellent written English skills with attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in content tools (e.g., Canva, WordPress, Google Docs) and basic graphic design for visuals.
• Australian resident or eligible to work in Australia; familiarity with local disability sector trends.
• Self-motivated and reliable, with strong time management to follow instructions without micromanagement.
What We Offer:
• Flexible hours and remote work.
• Competitive hourly rate (AUD $30–$50, based on experience).
• Opportunity for long-term collaboration in a meaningful industry.
If you have the NDIS expertise and a track record of delivering polished content by following clear directives, apply with your resume, portfolio links, and a brief note on your NDIS experience. We look forward to hearing from you!
