JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a fluent English speaking content creator to join our SaaS company and produce short weekly tips, guides and tutorial videos. Our platform includes multiple digital creation tools and we release new features often, so we need someone who can help us teach users in a simple and friendly way.

This is a long term role for the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Write clear weekly tips for different apps inside our software suite
• Create simple 2 to 3 minute tutorial videos using screen recording
• Explain how features work in a friendly and confident tone
• Write short guides such as “How to create a professional ebook” or “How to design a landing page”
• Record clean audio with good pronunciation
• Follow the tone and examples we give you each week
• Submit consistent weekly content
• Learn the software tools quickly and explain them clearly

REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong fluent English, natural speaking voice
• Must be comfortable doing voice over or talking on camera
• Experience making screen recorded tutorials
• Good microphone and clean audio setup
• Ability to write helpful tips and simple guides
• Reliable and organised
• Can deliver 2 to 5 pieces of content per week

NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience with SaaS products
• Video editing skills
• Experience teaching or explaining software
• Friendly personality and confidence on camera
