JOB OVERVIEW

CONTENT & EMAIL LIST GROWTH VA FOR EDTECH CREATOR

Part-time | Remote | $4–7 USD/hour (negotiable based on experience)

WHO I AM:

I'm a special education teacher and edtech creator building The Caseload Collective — a membership community + app that helps special ed teachers escape IEP paperwork overwhelm.

I create educational content (Instagram Reels + TikTok) that drives traffic to my Caseload Management Style Quiz (my primary list-building funnel), which converts into membership signups.

I'm going back to full-time teaching next week + I'm in grad school.

I need someone who can help keep my content engine running and my email list GROWING while I focus on teaching, creating the core messaging, and serving my members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Repurpose scripts into Instagram carousels
Edit 60–90 second videos for Reels + TikTok (captions, transitions, text overlays)
Post and schedule content across platforms
Add captions, hashtags, and CTAs that drive quiz opt-ins
Format and schedule emails
Monitor quiz opt-ins and tag new subscribers
Track content performance and identify what’s driving email list growth
WHAT I NEED:
Experience creating short-form content (Reels, TikTok, carousels)
Strong video editing skills (this is a CORE part of the role)
You're FAST, RELIABLE, and meet deadlines
You work well with systems and evolving workflows
You understand how to write CTAs that convert (especially for quizzes/email opt-ins)
Knowledge of Ivorey is preferred (most of my business runs through there)

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE:

Tuesday–Thursday: You:

Create carousels

Schedule posts
Format + schedule emails
Monitor quiz opt-ins + tag subscribers

Friday: You send me:

Weekly report (# of posts, # of opt-ins, # of new subscribers)

TIME COMMITMENT:

10–20 hours per week (will vary based on workload and needs)
