About the Role:
_____________________________
We're looking for a highly organized, creatively sharp Content Talent Manager to own our UGC creator ecosystem across multiple ecommerce brands. You'll be the connective tissue between our creative strategists and the creators who bring our ad concepts to life. This looks like managing relationships, sourcing new talent, ensuring content lands on time, and making sure every asset that enters our pipeline is built to convert.
This is a remote, part-time role with real ownership. You'll manage a monthly creator budget of $25,000+ and be held directly accountable to that KPI. If you have a talent for building relationships, a nose for high-converting content, and the organizational discipline to run a pipeline of 20+ creators without dropping a ball... we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
_____________________________
Creator Communication & Brief Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all UGC talent — translating creative briefs from our strategists into clear, actionable direction for creators.
• Manage timelines and follow-ups to ensure content is delivered on schedule.
• Provide constructive, on-brand feedback on submitted content and address creator questions promptly.
• Have the confidence to reject content that won't convert — clearly and professionally.
Talent Sourcing & Onboarding
• Proactively seed and recruit new UGC talent across Backstage, Instagram,
• Own the full onboarding process for new creators: brand guidelines, tone of voice, content dos/don'ts, and contract execution.
• Coordinate with our fulfillment center to ship product samples to new and active talent.
Budget & Contract Management
• Own and manage a monthly creator budget of $25,000+, tracking spend and reporting against KPIs.
• Negotiate creator rates, whitelisting agreements, partnership deals, and monthly retainers.
• Manage all creator contracts including signing, renewals, usage rights, and whitelisting terms.
Roster Management & Performance
• Maintain a tiered creator roster (A/B/C) based on content quality, reliability, and conversion performance.
• Actively prune underperformers and identify new talent to fill gaps.
• Review ad performance data (hook rate, CTR, thumbstop, ROAS) and feed insights back to creators to continuously improve output quality.
Content Calendar & Asset Management
• Own a rolling 4–6 week content calendar to ensure a predictable, consistent inflow of assets for the creative team.
• Upload and organize all delivered creator assets inside Frame.io in a clearly structured, editor-ready format.
What We're Looking For
_____________________________
• A sharp eye for what makes a high-converting ad creative — you can tell within seconds whether a piece of content will hook or flop.
• Comfortable holding the line on quality — you won't approve content that doesn't meet the brief or the bar, no matter who made it.
• Excellent communicator with genuine patience — working with creators can be unpredictable, and you handle it with professionalism and warmth.
• Exceptionally organized — you're managing 15–25+ active creator relationships simultaneously without anything slipping through the cracks.
• Analytically minded — you can read basic performance metrics and use them to coach creators and improve content over time.
• Experienced with creator platforms, talent sourcing, or influencer/UGC management (agency or in-house).
• Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Notion, Slack, and Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
If you got this far... please add the keyword: "Scale" into your intro message. This will show me that you are a serious candidate and your application will be favored :)
What Success Looks Like

• The creative team always has a 4+ week backlog of ready-to-edit UGC assets.
• Creator satisfaction is high — low churn, fast turnarounds, and quality improving over time.
• You're proactively surfacing new talent before gaps appear in the roster.
• Content quality scores improve as performance feedback loops back to creators.
