JOB OVERVIEW

=We're a US-based performance creative agency that builds ads for D2C brands scaling on Meta. We run a media property called The Review Board and are launching a daily newsletter breaking down the most viral, highest-performing Meta ads in DTC. We're looking for someone to own it end-to-end alongside our broader content operation.

This is a strategy and publishing role, not a writing role. We use AI for production. We need someone who can run a publishing operation, think in systems, and manage multiple workstreams without dropping anything.

**What you'll do:**

Viral Ads Daily Newsletter - Beehiiv (40%)
- Own the full production cycle: source top Meta ads daily, write structured breakdowns, schedule and publish via Beehiiv
- Track performance metrics and use them to improve over time
- Help grow the subscriber base

The Review Board Editorial (40%)
- Own editorial strategy - angles, topics, formats, and cadence
- Brief and QA AI-generated articles to ensure they convert as whitelisted Meta ads

Founder Support & LinkedIn (20%)
- Support the founder on research, competitive analysis, and ad hoc projects
- Help develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy to grow the founder's personal brand

You're a fit if:
? You have real experience in performance marketing or DTC brand marketing
? You have hands-on Meta experience - Business Manager, media buying, or working directly alongside a paid social team
? You're an excellent project manager - you own deadlines and flag issues early
? You're comfortable using AI tools as a daily production layer
? EST overlap available
? Bonus: you've managed a newsletter before
