JOB OVERVIEW

I run a US-based content agency producing short-form video for clients in finance/investing, sports & fitness, and founder-led brands. I'm hiring the person who keeps our idea pipeline full.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Trend research: monitor TikTok/Reels/Shorts in each client niche and maintain a weekly swipe file of winning formats, sounds, and reference reels
- Clip sourcing: find and organize usable clips - pull highlight-worthy moments out of our raw shoot footage and client long-form content (with timestamps), and source b-roll/reference material for edits
- Hooks & briefs: draft 3 hook variations per video and short creative briefs our editors can execute without back-and-forth
- Performance analysis: track views/retention on published posts, flag what's working, and feed it into next month's content plan

REQUIREMENTS
- You genuinely consume short-form content and can articulate WHY a video worked
- Strong written English - your hooks and briefs go to clients and editors
- Organized: comfortable maintaining a content dashboard
- Self-directed: you bring me ideas, I don't feed you tasks
- Bonus: basic CapCut skills for rough clip pulls, or experience with finance or sports content

HOW IT WORKS
Start at 15-20 hours/week on flexible hours (some US-timezone overlap for a weekly call), $5-7/hr depending on experience, paid weekly via Wise. I intend to grow this into a full-time content strategy role as the agency adds clients - the person who owns this becomes my right hand on the content side.
