JOB OVERVIEW

We run one of the fastest-growing Amazon coaching businesses online under the ---------- Instagram page generates millions of views per month and drives a high-volume sales funnel. We post 4 pieces of content per day and are scaling aggressively in 2026. We need a sharp, fast content sourcer who can find winning angles every single day someone who understands what stops a scroll and what makes the right person take action.

Your sole job is to find 6 fresh, high-quality content angles every single day and submit them into our Trello board before noon your time. That is it. You are not editing. You are not writing copy. You are finding the raw material that the rest of the content team builds from.

This is a focused 4-hour per day role. Quality over volume. We would rather have 6 sharp angles than 20 mediocre ones.

Monitor ---------- to ---------- Instagram and Twitter/X accounts daily in the business, finance, entrepreneurship, and personal development space

Identify 6 to 8 content angles that could work as hooks for our specific target audience employed professionals aged 28 to 44 in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia

Submit each angle into Trello with the hook written out in full, which content pillar it fits, and who the character is in the story
Flag any breaking news or trending topics that relate to layoffs, cost of living, salary stagnation, or Amazon/e-commerce opportunity

Never submit an angle that has been used in the last 30 days you will have access to our content archive to check

Every angle you source must speak to one specific person. An employed professional making $60K to $120K per year who is financially stable but not free. They have a job, they have capital, and they are looking for a way out of trading time for salary. They are NOT a broke 22-year-old. They are NOT a couple building a business together. They are NOT a student with no income.

Before you submit any angle ask yourself: would a 34-year-old employed professional in the US stop scrolling for this? If yes, submit it. If not, keep looking.

Requirements

Fluent written English
Strong understanding of Instagram content and what performs in the business and finance space
Reliable internet connection and availability to submit by noon your time zone every weekday
Highly organized you will be working inside Trello and a Google Sheet tracking creative assets
Self-directed you will not be micromanaged but you will be measured on quality and consistency daily

Bonus: Experience working with a high-ticket coaching or online education brand

Compensation and Hours

Part-time 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday
Pay: $5-$8 per month depending on experience
Paid weekly via Wise or direct transfer
Performance bonus available after 60 days based on content quality and consistency
